This notice covers this Crazy Hills information website. Orders and checkout take place in the regional Shopify stores, whose privacy notices apply to those purchases.

Enquiries and document requests

An enquiry may include your email, name, topic, message, country, product and batch details, depending on the form. These details are used to answer the request and keep a record of its handling. A trade or retailer enquiry may also include your business details.

The form shows a received message only after the connected service confirms that the request was stored and accepted for delivery. If no service is connected, the form states that nothing was sent. If you email us separately, your mail provider and our email service handle that message.

Why we process information

Where applicable, we process enquiries to take the steps you request before a contract. Other correspondence is handled in our legitimate interest in answering questions and providing support. Newsletter subscriptions and optional tracking rely on your separate consent. Necessary hosting and security serve our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website. The final processor and retention arrangements must reflect the connected services.

Email subscriptions

Subscription is a separate choice. We use the email address to send the occasional updates you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time. Confirmation of a subscription is separate from submission of the form.

Browser preferences

Your region, feeding-chart units and feed-finder selections can be saved in your browser so they remain available on later visits. They are not a stored enquiry or a newsletter subscription.

Optional analytics and advertising

Analytics and marketing choices are separate. Optional tags are not loaded before the relevant choice. You can reject both and continue using the site. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change or withdraw a choice.

When configured and permitted, Google Analytics measures page visits and tool actions. A Meta pixel measures advertising-related actions. We do not send enquiry messages, names or email addresses as tool-event properties.

Services and international handling

Hosting, email, enquiry storage and subscription services may process information on our behalf. Regional store purchases are handled through Shopify. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The processors and international-transfer arrangements for the connected form and email services must match the services actually selected.

Retention

Enquiries and subscription records should be kept only for the purposes described and the applicable legal obligations. Browser preferences remain until changed or removed from browser storage. Privacy choices expire after 180 days and are requested again.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to certain uses. You can withdraw consent without changing the lawfulness of prior processing. Contact us to make a request. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority, including the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency.
