Seaweed is one chapter
Seaweed extracts are part of the Crazy Hills story. But the seaweed story does not explain the whole lineup. Humic and fulvic fractions, plant amino inputs, fermentation-derived materials and minerals have their own roles.
Humic and fulvic fractions
These terms describe complex organic fractions rather than one identical molecule. Research discusses effects on the root environment and plant processes, with outcomes influenced by the material and conditions. A name alone does not establish product equivalence.
Plant amino inputs
Protein hydrolysates contain mixtures of amino acids and peptides whose composition depends on the source and processing. Research examines both nutritional and biostimulant effects. A result for a studied hydrolysate cannot automatically be transferred to another formulation.
Why formulation matters to us
We spend our time choosing inputs that work together. More names on a label are not the objective. We ask what each material contributes, how it fits the rest of the formula, and whether a better source or formulation is available.
